1904 year

The predecessor of SIVER's parent company, CIFIAL, Industrial de Ferragens, Lda, CIF, was founded.

1940 age

SIVER'S PARENT COMPANY, CIFIAL, WAS BORN. The leader José Marques, the son of a carpenter, came from humble beginnings, but he inherited his work ethic, discipline and honor from his father, who worked on lathes in Biscatão from 1920 to 1922, which also laid the foundation for the excellence of Siefel's craftsmanship.

1960 age

With extraordinary intelligence and acumen, José Marques constantly develops and modernizes the factory, creating the conditions for its progress and paving the way for future internationalization. When a new phase of the modernization process is underway, the company takes the first steps towards automation.

1990 age

Driven by growth in the US market, CIFIAL, the parent company of SIVER, has established a new business: Original Equipment Manufacturing. The completion of the new foundry supports this momentum and is equipped with new grinding and polishing robots, guiding the development and progress of the technology and development of hardware production.

2000 age

The company acquires all shares of Aquatis and renames it CIFIAL - Indústria Cerâmica, SA. Its products are internationally renowned, and the brand has won many awards. In addition to many product design awards, the company also received the DME Award for using design as a strategic management tool.

2014 year

SIVER parent company CIFIAL celebrates its 110th anniversary.

2019 year

After more than ten years of perseverance, the company was acquired by Kinlong Multinational Group, and established the "SIVER" door and window hardware brand and the corresponding technical research center. The European precipitation of a hundred years of technology service in the global door and window field, is committed to providing excellent quality D&W hardware and professional technical services and system consulting.
